When you submit a tour enquiry, Cape Private Tours receives the contact and travel details you choose to provide. These details are used to respond to your enquiry, confirm availability and prepare a relevant route and quote.

Enquiry information is not sold. It may be handled by the small Cape Private Tours management and operations team only as needed to plan and support your journey.

Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions. Resend sends the automated enquiry acknowledgement to the email address you provide. This acknowledgement does not include your travel details or message, and replies go directly to the Cape Private Tours team. These services process information on our behalf; submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and how people find the site. Analytics storage is disabled unless you choose “Allow analytics” in the website preference notice. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled. You can clear the preference at any time by removing this site’s local storage in your browser.

Enquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse. When a form is opened, Google processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser interactions, to distinguish people from automated submissions. This security check is separate from optional analytics. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. If you cannot use the verification, you can email us directly.
